After a long evening at the Brent council chambers, the planning committee has unanimously voted for the development at 1A Streatley Road to be approved subject to a section 106 agreement.

13th November 2009

A success with Camden Council, a residential house conversion with rear and side extension, front and rear dormer with conversion of the garage into habitable space.

12th January 2009

Conversion of an old 1900's terrace into 4no. 3 bed duplex's  in Highgate, a tricky permission with 3 redesigns and at a total cost of £12,350. Made the developer £400,000 as he sold the house with planning two weeks after gaining permission. He owned it for a total of 9 months and sold it during the height of this recession.

22nd December 2008

Decision Granted - License change from a A1 retail License to and A3 Cafe License plus planning permission to create outdoor smoking area at rear of property and conversion of the basement into a self contained one bedroom flat.

28th September 2008

Acquisition for Clients - 2 Detached Houses for demolition and redevelopment into a community center. Permission Granted subject to Building Regulations.
