Following a your FREE feasibility study with one of our experienced consultants, we will then help you achieve planning permission through the following 4 stages:

  2. Application Submission To Your Local UK Council
  3. Liaising With Your Local UK Council Post-Submission
  4. Your Permission Granted!

Following your Site Survey, our in-house designers produce the planning drawings required for your project. Your consultant will then submit the architectural drawings and planning application to your local UK council. Post-submission our consultants will work closely with the local council planning department and our designers will make any changes needed to the planning drawings.

We also offer a Planning Drawings package, if you just require the architectural drawings for your property. Our planning packages include: FREE Consultations, Site Surveys and Complete Set Of Planning Drawings.
